What made yesterday even harder was after my appointment I went home and received a letter from my doctor saying that he was moving and leaving the practice on August 1st.....WHAT???? Needless to say I handled this with a mature episode of crying (poor Brian). I am scared enough for the labor and delivery part and I have become comfortable with my doctor...so now the search is on.

Doctor, Doctor??
As Brian posted below, yesterday was a little rough. You just never want to see that look of concern on your doctor's face, especially as you are listening to the heartbeat of your baby. Thankfully the heartbeat picked up the pace when he had me turn on my side instead of my back. Now I just have to adjust my sleeping habits, and try to sleep on my left side. I think all of this left side, leg cramps, having to pee every hour, what some might call "joys" of pregnancy, is someone trying to prepare you to live without sleep!

It's entirely possible that choosing a doctor is irrelevant, since our Plan B is to have a cab driver assist me in delivering the baby in back of a taxi cab.
