I accidentially told someone

I went to our cleaners to drop off our dry cleaning with Stephanie, a very nice Korean lady with limited english. I've been taking my shirts there for years now, even before Kristen and I met. She has seen both Kristen and I, but rarely together. However; she knows we've been married for a few years. 

Today she asked me, "Did she have baby yet?". It really caught me off guard. I wasn't sure if Kristen told her somehow. So, I just smiled. She then laughed and said, "oh, sorry...maybe you don't want one." I laughed and told her that Kristen is pregnant and due in October. She was so excited and instisted that I bring Kristen back with me when I pick up the shirts.
