Kristen and I had a great weekend as we went out to Washinton D.C. to visit with Josefin and Scott. The baby even cooperated and allowed Joey to feel some kicks. We had a fun time walking down the National Mall to see some of the monuments. It was wonderful to catch up with them, especially since we don't get to see them as often as we'd like. We love getting to visit other cities, especially one as unique as D.C. It's funny to think that no building is taller than 13 stories (except the Washington Monument) and we live on the 17th floor.This also marks the first time that Kristen has flown since being pregnant. To prove a point that Kristen made a few months ago about people sharing stories with pregnant women, the pilot stopped us as we were boarding to tell us that his daughter is 8 months pregnant with his first grandchild.
